Applications and Effects:
1. Silane coupling agent KH-550 can be used as an additive or formulated into a primer for coatings, inks, adhesives, and sealants such as phenolic, urea-formaldehyde, furan, polyurethane, silicone, epoxy, nitrile, phenolic, acrylic, etc., to enhance the adhesion, weather resistance, boiling water resistance, and scrub resistance of resin coatings, extend service life, and improve the dispersion and bonding of pigments and fillers in the resin phase.
2. This product is used in resin sand casting and resin abrasive tools to improve the bonding strength and water resistance between resin and silica sand or abrasives.
3. Silane coupling agent KH-550 is used in plastics, rubber, resins, and low-smoke zero-halogen flame-retardant cable materials filled with mineral fillers or glass fibers to improve the dispersion and bonding of fillers and fibers in the resin phase.
4. This product can be used for the surface treatment of inorganic mineral fillers, flame retardants, and glass fibers to enhance their dispersion, compatibility, and bonding in the resin phase.

5. The hydrolysate of silane coupling agent KH-550, used alone or in combination with other components such as zirconium salts, serves as a silanized metal surface treatment solution to seal, protect, and rust-proof metal surfaces, and improve the adhesion of coatings during metal spraying after treatment, replacing traditional metal surface treatment solutions like phosphating and passivation solutions that cause severe environmental pollution.

Applications and Effects:

1. Silane coupling agent KH-570 can improve the mechanical and electrical properties of glass fiber-reinforced and inorganic filler-filled thermosetting and thermoplastic resins, especially those cured through active free radical mechanisms (such as unsaturated polyester, polyurethane, and acrylates), peroxide-cured rubbers (EPR, EPDM, silicone rubber, etc.), and thermoplastic resins (including polyolefins and thermoplastic polyurethane).

2. This product can significantly improve the dry and wet mechanical strength and electrical properties of unsaturated polyester composites filled with inorganic fillers (such as cast or compression-molded artificial quartz stone).

3. Silane coupling agent KH-570 can copolymerize with vinyl acetate, acrylic, or methacrylic monomers to synthesize silane-modified polymers that cure at room temperature. These polymers are widely used in coatings, adhesives, and sealants, providing excellent adhesion and durability.

Storage Conditions and Shelf Life:

Store indoors away from light, in a well-ventilated, cool, and dry place. Ensure the drum lid is tightly sealed to effectively isolate air, as moisture in the air can react with the product, leading to hydrolysis, polymerization, and deterioration. The shelf life of the product in its original packaging is one year. Expired products can be used only after passing quality inspection.
